Although I work in formal education contexts, my approach is based on non-formal education ideals and on principles of inclusion, human connection and creativity. More precisely on the principles and methodology of Musicians Without Borders (organization of which I'm a trainer and workshop leader), as well as multi-disciplinary elements including play, theatre, dance, and performance. Which I have acquired and further developed through training programs such as "Arts for Peace and Solidarity" from Kinderfreunde - Klaffer Austria: (Erasmus + European Commission) and my work with the associate members of the Play, Perform, Learn, Grow and the East Side Institute communities. Without forgetting my training in music education at the Javeriana University in Bogota.

I'm a faculty member at the Music Pedagogics Department of the Javeriana University of Bogota, where I teach courses on creativity, innovation, and music education. Additionally, I have been invited as a guest teacher at several prestigious institutions worldwide, including the Music Conservatorium of Lübeck, the University of Applied Sciences of Düsseldorf, and the Landesmusikakademie NRW in Germany. My experiences teaching in different cultural contexts have given me a unique perspective on the intersection of creativity and education, and I bring this perspective to all of my programs.
